Success in Court!

Our MD, Andrew Bawden, successfully defends a court case and subsequent appeal brought against a client insurer. This was a complex case involving the unfair terms contract act and had previously been successfully defended by Andrew through the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Helen Locke-Scobie joins us as our accounts manager with over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry. Elephant attacks car in South Africa

SCS has been appointed by AIG to investigate an elephant attack on 2 tourists and their car in the Kruger National Game Park and the potential for recovery. We have now been working with AIG / Chartis / Travelguard in the Far East for 3 years and are delighted that this relationship continues and that we continue to improve the underwriting results for this leading global travel insurer.
